IRRIGATION WATER NOTICE
Be sure your home irrigation valves are closed to avoid problems and delays with the neighborhood pressurization process.
Water availability in the Knolls is expected late this year. You can expect to see the WATER ON signs at the neighborhood entrances approximately APRIL 20th, give or take a few days.
Also, a new variable pump drive is being installed just after pressurization so expect delays and intermittent water availability. The entrance signs may change from WATER ON to WATER OFF during the first few weeks of start up. Check this website for updates. Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this process.

IRRIGATION EMERGENCY CONTACT – Bookcliff Landscaping 970-260-6215.  If this emergency is deemed NOT to be an emergency, you will be billed for “After Hours Repair” by Bookcliff Landscaping.  An emergency is a Main Line Break. Please refer to your Spring 2021 Letter or FAQs for more information. It is your responsibility to know how to turn off the irrigation system for your own property.
